Drew Bjorklund This is a beautiful album; the best so far, and that's saying a lot. Favorite track: Arkadelphia.

megan_sinclair Indisputable soundtrack to 2020. Katie Crutchfield just gets better and better with every record.

steveinsocal "…Katie Crutchfield latest album is once again filled with her deeply raw and honest autobiographical songwriting, but here she returns to her southern roots, infusing her song with indie-folk and Country-rock - the sounds of contemporary Americana - a genre that subconsciously focuses the listener on fully appreciating Katie's immense lyrical and vocal talents… it took me a while, but I suspect this is her best album to date…"
Favorite track: Ruby Falls.

Waxahatchee Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Katie Crutchfield’s southern roots are undeniable. The name of her solo musical project Waxahatchee comes from a creek not far from her childhood home in Alabama and seems to represent both where she came from and where she’s going.
